What's Here and Why:

 

Pineland Park Property Owners Assocication is a legal entity (technically, a corporation), that came into being when the land developer created this subdivision. The restrictive covenants of all lots within the subdivision establish the legally binding relationship between the POA and the lot owners. In effect, all POA lot owners are party to a compulsory legal agreement between themselves and the POA.

 

The documents available to the POA members on this site govern the rights and responsibilities of both the individual members and the POA. It is important for members to take the time to review and understand these governing documents, especially when there are contentions or disagreements, which may arise from time to time.

 

The POA is governed by a volunteer board of directors. The BOD makes a good-faith effort to fulfill its obligations to its neighbors & fellow members, which are reflected in these governing documents. Hopefully, all the POA members will do likewise; the availability of the relevant governing documents on this website should serve to ensure that everyone has access to this important information.
